Founded in 2005, The DeRossitt Law Firm PLLC provides cost-effective legal services to clients in Memphis and Shelby County. We have represented parties in state and federal courts throughout Shelby County and elsewhere in Tennessee, in both jury and bench trials. Our primary focus is criminal defense, and we have successfully represented clients at trials for offenses ranging from misdemeanor assault to first degree murder. In additional to our criminal defense practice, we also have an active civil litigation practice, including personal injury, civil rights, and consumer protection cases. We also maintain an active family law practice, including divorce and custody litigation.
